•   Tools and methods in vulnerability and risk assessment, including Climate and Disaster Risk           and Vulnerability Assessment (by CCC) and Climate and Disaster Risk Assessment (by HLURB)

•   Structural and non-structural measures for DRR and CCA  using case studies

•   Formulating the Local Climate Change Action Plan (LCCAP) and Local Disaster Risk Reduction           and Management Plan (LDRRMP)

•   Mainstreaming CCA and DRR in local development plans

•   Climate and disaster risk governance and stakeholder engagement

•   Climate financing, including People’s Survival Fund, Green Climate Fund
